NAVAN carbonated drink bottling machine combines washing,filling and rotary capping functions into one unit which is a fully automatic and high efficieney liquid packing equipment.
It is suitable for filling and packaging beverage containing carbon daroxide or other sparking drink .
Advantage:
1.Adopts advanced proportional membrane valve with continuous liquid level floating technique, help to prevent the foaming generation, allows the liquid filling level more accurate to +-2mm, final liquid losses can be reduced by 2.5%.
2.Electronically controlled long-tube carbon dioxide replacement system ensures extremely low oxygen increase during the filling process, the average oxygen increase can be reduced to 30ppb,maximizing the product’s shelf life to average 118.2 days in record.
3.The PLC controlled air cylinder filling valve modified from KHS technology; Shutdown CIP cleaning system controlled by PLC as well, improve the cleaning efficiency.

NAVAN PET Plastic Bottled Craft Beer Automatic Rinsing Filling Machine Capping Machine
Product Application :This washing filling capping machine is mainly used for Carbon dioxide drink, such as craft beer, soda water and so on.The machine design is shorten the time for the drink material contact with outside, Increase the sanitation condition throughout economy benefit.
Capability Character : It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and easier. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key electric elements adopt international famous products.
Bottle Rinser
-Rotary rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers.
-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
-After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
Bottle Filler
-The star-wheels drive the bottles always "by the neck" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.
-Product bowl is to reduce the loss of heat.
-If the temperature is low than the setting value, the filling valves will stop and return the last beverage in filling valve to recycle tank and return to UHT again to sterilize with pump.
Bottle Capper
-Rotary capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles
-The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads.
-The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam
