2.Automatic barrel external brush machine part

The barrel external brush machine is mainly composed of machine frame, a barrel pushing cylinder, front and rear barrel blocking cylinders, barrel brush drive motor, barrel brush water pump, photoelectric detection switch, etc. The machine is uniformly controlled by the PLC (programmable controller) of the barrel washing and filling machine. The working process of the machine is after two barrels are continuously detected by the photoelectric detection switch, the barrel blocking cylinder acts, and then the barrel pushing cylinder acts. 3.Automatic barrel feeding transmission part

The barrel loading part is composed of stainless steel frame, barrel pushing rod and barrel loading components. The action program is uniformly controlled by PLC of barrel washing and filling machine. Empty barrels are sent to the barrel loading machine by the barrel washing conveyor chain, and the barrel loading is completed by the barrel pushing rod and other loading components.

4.Automatic barrel washing and disinfection part

The barrel washing and disinfection part is designed as 2 rows of 6-station high-pressure nozzle washing and 3-station drainage. The barrel washing part is mainly composed of the machine frame, conveying chain, washing pipeline, barrel washing transmission motor, water washing pump, washing water tank, barrel washing positioning switch, etc. The frame of the machine is welded with stainless steel square pipe, which has the advantages of high strength, good rigidity, light weight, beautiful appearance, easy cleaning and so on. The conveying chain is composed of reducer motor, master-slave sprocket, chain, bottle cup seat, fixed bottle cup, etc. the chain and sprocket are carefully designed to make it more scientific and perfect. The main motor is controlled by PCL programmable controller, so that the barrel stays at each station on the barrel washing conveying chain for a fixed time. The position of the chain plate relative to the automatic barrel feeding position and the angle position of barrel dropping are also strictly calculated, so as to ensure the accurate positioning of the whole automatic operation.

The first and second stations of the barrel washing part are disinfected water washing, and the third station is drip drying; The fourth and fifth stations are water purification disinfection (automatic ozone addition) flushing, and the sixth station is drip drying; The seventh and eighth stations are pure water flushing, and the ninth station is drip drying.

When the power is turned on, the PLC will be powered on and start to work, control the contactor to pull in, make the washing solution and disinfectant water pump start to work, and make the washing conveying motor and filling conveying chain motor work. At this time, the barrel washing mechanism will gradually enter each process to start washing, and the washing time is programmed by the PLC controller; After flushing, the barrel falls onto the conveying chain. The machine is equipped with automatic alarm indication function. When the air pressure is too low and the water tank is short of water, the corresponding indicator light will flash. At this time, please check the air supply pressure or water tank liquid level, remove the empty barres that has not been pushed away, restore the air pressure or press the start switch again after the water level of the water tank reaches the set value, and the system will run automatically again.

There are two water tanks in the barrel washing part, namely chlorine dioxide disinfection water flushing tank and purified water disinfection flushing tank. The chlorine dioxide disinfection water tank is flushed with circulating chemical solution, and the disinfectant shall be replaced every 4 hours; The clean water disinfection tank adopts the flushing water discharge and pure washing water reflux flushing mode, which is automatically mixed with ozone.

In the barrel washing part, the lower concave bottom of each water tank is provided with a discharge port, and the drainage is discharged through the discharge port. For pure water flushing, no special water tank is set in the rack, and the external pure water is directly connected to the flushing water pipe. The machine has 5 stainless steel water pumps (disinfection and flushing water pump, purified water disinfection and flushing water pump, pure water flushing water pump and 2 filling water pumps).

5.Automatic filling part

The washed barrel enters the filling part through conveyor. The filling part is a 2-station filling (filling half a barrel at each station), this part is composed of machine frame, water inlet pipe, filling valve, filling flow regulating valve, etc.

6. Automatic Cap unscrambler,loading and capping machine

The cap unscrambler and loading machine are mainly composed of motor rotating disc, lower cap track, cap slide, box, etc. the function of the cap unscrambler is to drive the disc to rotate through the motor, drive the barrel cap in the box - into the lower cap track, and make the barrel caps in the track face down and arranged in a specific order through a specific mechanism.

The capping machine is completed by the capping cylinder. When the water barrel reaches the capping position, the capping cylinder acts instantaneously and the capping is completed. This kind of capping has a good effect and simple structure.

7. Lamp inspection part

The power transmission chain is adopted at the lamp inspection place of the barreled water production line, and the lamp inspection box with large width and high brightness makes the lamp inspection more convenient.

8. Automatic heat shrinkable finished product transmission part

At the same time, observe whether the fasteners at each part are loose. If the above conditions occur, production cannot be carried out, production can only be carried out after troubleshooting;

5. Check whether the fault signal of barreled water production equipment is good and whether it works effectively;

6. After confirming that all conditions are good and the preparations have been completed, start the main engine, adjust the speed to the position of 120 barrels / hour and idle for 3-5 minutes. Secondly, during the production of barreled water production equipment, the barrel shall be placed on the conveyor belt when it stops according to the production speed. The operator shall patrol closely and observe the dynamics of each part to prevent accidents. If anything happens, contact the maintenance personnel in time to eliminate the faults in time.

1. Stop: press the stop button and wait for the end of the working cycle to stop automatically.

2. Power off: turn off the main power supply.

Maintenance of barreled water production equipment

1. Daily maintenance

It mainly focuses on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening. Daily maintenance shall be carried out during and after filling according to the requirements. The routine maintenance shall be completed independently by the operator of barreled water production equipment.

2. Regular maintenance

The first level maintenance is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. The key work is lubrication, fastening, inspection of relevant parts and cleaning. The first level maintenance is mainly guided by the mechanical team leader and completed by the mechanical operators.
