We design and manufacturing an fully advanced and customized bottling machines with basicbottle rinsing filling capping fuction .
And to improve the production capacity , reduce investment on blowing machines , we design Y - type air conveyor switch device controlled by PLC , it allowed two line empty bottle input feeeding at the same time . Besides this we add Pneumatic film regulating valve to avoid liquid foam during filling ,larger the filling speed .
