A. Dilution: Dilute the thawed concentrated juice with purified water as required by the formula.
B. Filtration: Remove the suspended solids and impurities in the juice, so that the diluted juice can be clear and transparent.
C. Homogenization: Homogenize the diluted juice to make the juice uniform and stable. Homogeneous pressure requirements: 20-25MPa.
D. Sugar dissolving and filtration: in a sugar dissolving tank. Start the mixer, add the right amount of water, and add the sugar according to the recipe. There are two ways to dissolve sugar: hot melt and cold melt, and one of them can be selected according to the needs of the production process. The filtration of sugar liquid generally adopts diatomaceous earth filtration. The dissolution and filtration of other excipients are basically the same as those of white granulated sugar.
E. Blending: Pump the diluted fruit juice, the dissolved and filtered sugar liquid, and the dissolved and filtered auxiliary materials into the blending tank to mix them evenly and set the volume. Add flavor and/or color according to the formula and mix well.
F. Filtration: The prepared material is filtered again through the filter barrel connected to the pipeline to completely remove possible suspended solids and impurities, and to ensure that the product is transparent, uniform and free of precipitation.
G. Sterilization: Pass the filtered feed liquid through the UHT sterilizer to sterilize the feed liquid. Sterilization conditions: 130-135℃, 4-6 seconds. When sterilizing, make sure that the steam pressure supplied to the sterilizer is not less than 0.8MPa.
H. Cleaning: The bottle is passed through the bottle washer to fully clean the dust and dirt that may exist in the bottle. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the pure water pressure required for cleaning is not less than 0.4MPa. Bottle cleaning is often combined with filling and capping to form a "three-in-one" filling machine.
I. Filling and capping: There are two main methods of filling: aseptic cold filling and aseptic hot filling. In order to ensure the quality of fruit juice beverage filling, aseptic hot filling is often used. It is required that the temperature during filling is not lower than 90 °C, and the temperature in the bottle after filling is not lower than 85 °C. Cap immediately after filling. K. Light inspection: let the product pass through the light inspection machine, check whether the bottle has dirt, impurities, whether the bottle seal is complete, etc., to ensure that qualified products enter the next step.
L. Cooling: let the product pass through the cooling tunnel to rapidly reduce the temperature of the product to (38±2)℃. More damage. Less investment in hot filling equipment.
