Main Features
1) Side-in box type is adopted, which occupies small area and simplifies the front conveying system of palletizer. The whole machine saves 50% of the cost compared with the robot palletizer.
2) Low-level palletizing, international advanced design concept of layer-by-layer palletizing, more advanced structure, more portable and stable movement, and less power consumption.
3) PLC program control, frequency conversion speed regulation, carton conveying, sorting, stacking board, solid stacking output and so on can be automatically realized.
4) The whole machine is equipped with powerful diagnostic function, multiple safety designs and fault instant display function to ensure personal safety, fast and simple maintenance.
5) Adjustment of palletizing mode is convenient and simple, and can be carried out on the human-machine interface. Failure to replace stacking parts can complete several stacking modes.
